HOW-TO STYLE A WRAP DRESS

This week has been crazy,  I am honestly relieved to say its over. I am trying to think positive and look beyond the stress of everyday life and focus on my goals and hard work ahead. Life can be very overwhelming at times its always nice to reflect on ways to put your mind at peace. I love my alone time, which I don't get much of lol. It allows me to remain focused and driven. This is why the blog is so important to me, its a place to reflect and inspire, where all of our passion is placed into words and photographs. A way to connect with other women whom are like minded. There is comfort in knowing that the blogging world is so supportive, uplifting and encouraging. The ladies who participate in blogging are always strong and motivated, two traits I gravitate towards. I hope you all are inspired by what we do and always continue to grow and learn with us!

Our weekend was lovely here in North Carolina, we were touched by beautiful weather and a couple perfect pool days. I love coming to NC around August because it's when the fall begins in New York, so I know I'll get at least one more warmer month when I come to visit the family. Since it is still quite hot here we are still in shorts and tees. This bright linen blend t-shirt from target is not only quality but super affordable! The electric orange hue really pops against these neutral blend shorts. Amber looks so great in color, I know were twins but our complexion is quite different and she can pull off vibrant colors better than I can(maybe I'm just afraid of color). We love spending time together and we always have fun with our shoots but this day was extremely hot, so we kinda couldn't wait to get into the ac (it was almost 100)! We are both in love with this outfit, the bold floral prints against the black is amazing. This outfit has comfort and style making it an easy pick. We love a bold print, put it on a trumpet skirt (yes please!). I'm highly jealous amber gets to enjoy warm temps in North Carolina (it's snowing here again!) This skirt and tee combo was a great buy from target! Both  are quality pieces at amazing price points. Loving the metallic clutch against the black, and the shine from the oxfords!
