Happy Friyay! Wishing everyone a safe and eventful weekend, even if this calls for lounging, Netflix, ice cream and puppy kisses. Amber and I have been working extra hard this week to get back into the swing of blogging! Sometimes life gets quite busy and our schedules get filled with craziness. I've recently moved and that's taking up a huge part of my week. The thing that keeps us going is our passion of style and creating a space that is all our own!

Amber and I have spent our whole lives together up until the day I decided to move back to our hometown on Long Island and pursue my passion of going to aesthetics school in NYC. Between style and skin I've been lucky to be certain of two niches I fit into. Amber wanted to stay In Charlotte and fulfil her goals of studying fashion further. Yes, we were both extremely happy and supportive of the other, but underlying was the fear that we had never been apart. Looking back five years later I'm certain we both made the right choices. No, were not physically together but our passion for style and blogging has taught us so much bout the other and given us an outlet to share our thoughts on fashion and our growing relationship. Its taken a long time to become comfortable with the distance but as strong women we make it work and add positivity to the situation. Its amazing that we can grow into our own people and share something that only belongs to us. Working it in this weeks outfit posts wearing a super comfy midi dress, that goes with these suede sneaks from dolce vita. I've been wearing them non stop, they just go with everything! Let's take a moment to fall in love with this faux leather fringed topper! This piece from Bernardo Outerwear makes this simple outfit so much more fun. Its simplistic design perfectly hangs over a silky tank and jeans or a comfy midi dress. Sometimes we can get confused with how to wear pieces like this but just keep the look simplistic and adding a jacket will be the perfect touch!
