CAMO COOL

On Gabrielle: Camo Pants: Gap; Boots: Korkease; Sweater: Urbanoutfitters; Beanie: Eileen Fisher; Necklace: Handmade; Sunnies: Illesteva

There is still snow on the ground here in New York, so dressing comfy and warm has been key. Being comfortable doesn't mean you need to disregard your style. This outfit for example feels amazing to wear, while showing off my personal style. These gap cargos were a great purchase and on sale! Mixing this color  blocked sweater with the camo print is an easy way of embracing two trends. I love the simple neutral color palette. Adding accessories like this beanie and cool sunnie's gives the outfit a cool urban vibe! How do you express your personal style?

ARTFULLY DRESSED

On Amber: Dress: Joe Fresh via JCPenney; Stockings: Kohl's; Booties: Old Navy; Bracelet's: Alex & Ani
Sometimes you find a piece that is versatile, beautiful and at an amazing price point, this dress is that piece. While the print is very bold the color palette is neutral and allows you to use the piece in so many different ways. Plus the dress was on sale for $7.99 which is such a bargain. I love Joe Fresh and their collection at JCPenney's is nothing less than amazing, it's made up of classic quality apparel at affordable price's. This look is perfect for a date night outfit{Valentine's Day is right around the corner}. Like Gabrielle said in Monday's post you don't have to wear a red dress to stand out, a great patterned dress is a diverse way to look feminine and flirty. Gabrielle and I always get excited about Valentine's Day, because it's a great excuse to dress up and go all out. We hope you like our date night outfit inspiration and please let us know what your plan's are for this day of love!

IN FULL BLOOM

On Amber: Cropped Sweater: American Eagle; Skirt: gifted; Booties: Dolce Vita; Bangles: Alex&Ani; Watch: Skagen; Cross Body: Cynthia Rowley

The great thing about floral patterns is that they take you through all the seasons! As long as the colors are appropriate you can always pull off florals. Cropped sweaters come in very handy when wearing a midi mini, they hit you at the waist where the skirt begins ( it's a match made in heaven). The boldness of the minis pattern is mellowed   out by the neutral shades in the rest of the outfit. Translucent shades are a perfect transition for entering the warmer months (ambers in NC where it's getting warm!). We hope you enjoy the post and be sure to comment letting us know what you think!
