BOHO CHIC

Photographed By: Julie Raper

Even though it is the middle of winter somehow the sun has found its way to the Carolina's and I am loving every minute of it. Even though the Bohemian look can seem very difficult to pull together it's actually very simple to create with just a few key pieces and on Trend items.  To begin putting the look together I chose a flow he floral print shirt and work the rest of the alpha around it. The shearling vest and camel colored hat provide more structure to the outfit. I also choose dark denim and black ankle booties with a wooden sole to give the look a little more depth.  Most the time when you think of Bohemian inspired you think of maxi dresses, peasant skirts and layered accessories. This can be very overwhelming because everyone people can or even know how to pull that look off,  so I really believe that choosing one key item that resembles the Bohemian trend is much easier to style and still looks very chic.  Gabrielle and I are very excited about the warmer months ahead and some of spring trends that we can't wait to try our pastels, leather minis and moto inspired pieces.  We also have been thinking more about different ways to connect with our readers on the blog, and one thought that crossed our minds was video blogging. This will be a way that we could reach our target viewer  in a broader way. If any of our readers have had experience video blogging before we would love for you to share your ideas and opinions on this topic. We honestly could use all the advice we can get before we take on this next idea.
